Ladies and Gentlemen:

It is with great pleasure that we advise you of our expansion in Brazil. Our company has provided services to and from Brazil since its inception and as a result of very steady growth in the market we felt it appropriate to enter into partnerships in Brazil that would allow us to grow our business even further by increasing visibility to our service offering by adding our technology to each of our major origins in the region.

We will begin formal operations in the following cities January 1, 2008.

Novo Hamburgo – Serving the southern region via the port of Rio Grande
Parana – Serving the central region via the port of Paranagua
Ceara – Serving the northern ports of Pecem and Fortaleza
Franca – Serving the metro area of Sao Paulo via the port of Santos
