Ladies and Gentlemen:

As you are all aware, the coming of the new year brings with it the enforcement of compliance with the ISF 10+2 legislature signed into law January 26th of this year.

Are you ready? Have you been making a "good faith effort" to file?

At present we are still in a non penalty phase, getting ready to file now will help your company avoid the $5,000 non compliance penalty come January 26th 2010.

For those of you who are not filing and have been apprehensive about the subject, it isn't as bad as it may sound. Actually, it may be fair to say that the only part of the entry that can be cumbersome is data collection and having it 24 hours prior to vessel loading.
