Partnership Announcement

Ladies and Gentlemen:

It is with great pleasure that we announce our partnership with Taylor Smith International.

Transport Team USA and TSI compliment each others international agency networks and TSI will also be the first overseas agent for our warehousing and distribution subsidiary, Transport Team Distribution Services.

Both of our firms have been contracted for Global Distribution and Logistics Services by a leading cosmetics manufacturer and will commence services that will ultimately serve over 400 retail locations in the UK beginning July 1st 2007.
